WHAT'S FAT RANK

Fat Rank is a FREE lightweight keyword rank checker tool. It's a simple lightweight tool designed to do one thing very very well. Check the ranking position of the website you're on for any entered keyword or phrase. It is very practical and usable for both competitor research, prospecting and even simple ranking reports for your clients.

When you click on the extension icon you can type a keyword or key phrase and the extension will return the current Google ranking position for that domain and also provide you with the URL of the page the keyword ranks for. It will search down to a ranking depth of 100. If the domain doesn't rank for a keyword within the top 100 positions, it will simply display 'Not found'. You can make multiple checks and all these will then store in your session history tab where you can export via a CSV.

SOME FAT RANK FAQ'S

* After I keep checking ranking positions I get a 'Not Found in Top 100 Results' message even though I know it ranks in the top 100? - This usually only happens if you've checked too many keywords in quick succession and tripped a Google spam filter. Usually, Google would deliver a captcha code however our extension currently can't handle this and will just display this message. Our dev guys are working on a fix in the next release.

* Fat Rank is counting local results how do I stop this and check country wide? - Fat Rank will use your local browser settings so if you have your locating set in Google it will use this. To stop this go into Google, make a search and click on 'Search Tools' and change your location to your country.

This extension enables you to quickly analyze the structured data markup of the page being viewed. Simply navigate to the page you want to analyze and click "Page Structure".

Add a website you want to block in the options and it is automatically blocked. When you try to go to this page it will be redirected to a special blocked website with our mascot Mr. Wips. If you want to set another redirect page, you can do it for each website separate or set a default to redirect page.

Context menu quick access

All the functionality is accessible via the context menu. So you just need to right click anywhere on the website and there you have it. You can even quickly block the website you are currently at.

Blocked Words

Whenever the blocked word appears somewhere in the URL, it will be automatically blocked. You can use it, for example, to block specific search queries on search engines like Google or Bing. Be careful what you put in there. If you, for example, one letter to block, most of the websites will be blocked, so choose wisely.

Active Days & Times

Choose the days and intervals during the day when do you want the Blocksite to be Active. For example set the Active days only to work days and add the time interval to 09:00 – 18:00 so you won’t procrastinate at work or at school.

Uninstall Protection

You can protect the access to options with the password, but kids are really smart these days so it adds more protection for this. The key feature is to prevent the kids to uninstall the extension. It works very simply, you just set the password, activate it in the incognito window and there you have it. You will have to input a password to access the list of chrome extension, therefore, the Block site is uninstallable. Take a note of your password somewhere, because if you forget it, there is no way how to recover it and you will need to go through a quite complicated process.
